i rekon just change it to monthly gatherings of the ones we used to have in the week (if you get what I mean) i.e meet up on say the first Wednesday of every month etc.
Weekly meets are a bit much, plus it appears no one can make it anymore, myself included.

the monthly meets used to be quite big... 14odd cars, the weeklys are turning into 3-4 cars, and its going downhill.

second toyspeed meet =

Why cant we have more like that :D (i mean, second meet, fairly big for then... and we kept having meets that big, and just getting bigger).

Then we did the weekly, and everythings gone down hill.

Im all in for monthlys, i might even come for a drive once a month down to see yas!

Then we had that meet with like 19 cars....now we struggle to got 8-10.

dude, our first meet was 5 cars, our next 9... if 9 is smaller than 5... your right.

But when i went to school, 9 was a bigger number than 5... So the meets, therefore, GOT BIGGER.

yeh, we had 19 once, and 20 at the *oldschool* meet (where, half the guys had oldschools, which brung in a few more ppl (pervie, muzz etc) turned up).

Along with the meet we had with the Star Times turning up.

and now we have levels comming up, so theres no point in donig something else "large" just yet, maybe at the start of next year? We should do a random cruise to Wanaka Next year or something (something must be on early next year summer area).

Personally I'd be more inclined to go to a fortnightly one... weekly is too much, maybe I'm just apathetic, gonna sound bad, but I just don't care *that* much.

either way, whatever floats peoples boat... but fortnightly would be better for the WAR(wife approval rating) too, it's not like this is the only thing I do.

But I failed

I think should go back to Monthly Meet then might find you'll get abit more Interest.. Weekly would get/got boring (same old shit different week :D ) hence why Monthly Meet would be better..

I stopped going to the weekly meets a). because i don't have a Toyota and b). i can't remember.

Anyway, i think monthly ones are better as you can give plenty of notice so that people can get time off work etc.

Southern Skylines started having monthly meets when i organised them, first month we had three cars, second month we had four, third month we had five and after our article in The Star (don't know if anyone here saw it) we had nine cars (all Skylines - and that was without three or four people who couldn't make it).

What do you peeps think about a big multi-club meet?
