Should i get the shocks and the camber arms replaced now, or wait till the camber arms stuff themselves?

Just been back to the WOF place, hes given me this quote:

2 gas shock inserts $230
lock nuts for these $30
powersteering belt (temp price, possibly cheaper) $46
door strap $68 (not getting from him anyway)
plus 4 hours labour. ($224)

I also got quote from revhead for replacement shocks $XXX each to my door, what should I do, get the gas inserts (the WOF guy said they usuaully end up being better than the standard shockies, ?believe him?) or get the new shocks.

WOF guy also asked me to check what the replacement shock 'package' included, and if it was a full shock, or just the ?tower? or something, i cant remember.

Any help would be great, thanks

1) edit the price from revheads quote (its between you and him)
the shocks are better IMO than inserts
they come with the whole shock unit with new locknuts (although no bumpstops)

2) belt would prob be cheaper from revhead

3) you can install all of this if you have a small amount of knowhow and some tools

4) make sure you get a wheel alignment asap afterwards!

a rev limiter will sort that out, if they question why you have it limited(why wouldn't they), tell them to conserve gas and demerits... worked for me(limited car to 4000rpm from 8300) :)
makes it into a boring little round town driver... this is how I gave it to my dad to drive aswell :) means it tops out at 130km but with no torque(as it comes on at ~6000 rpm)
