Where can I get a gt4 lockwasher? (pic attached)

I need a new one of these. Anyone know where I could find one?

It's for a 1990 st185. Toyota said it'd take 3 weeks to get one from japan. :o
White tshirt, black gt4. In the 04.

it'll cost you $10 though because I have to drive all the way to my mate's place where all my car stuff is.
