Whats the best quality oil to use in my BZ-R 6 speed gear box. The first and second gears are hard to change into.

try some castrol syntrax. 75W90, its full synthetc & quiet expensive but its bloody good shuff.

I use Castrol Syntrax + 250ml of Nulon G70...
The shifting problem on C series gearbox is very common and notchy gears are normal.

Thanks for the info guys. I put some Castrol Syntrax in and it feels like a new gearbox now!

I highly recomend that stuff.
