Me and my better half have decided to move out of our current flat, its' down Springfield Rd in St Albans. The house is only 4 years old and HUGE, it's 5 bedroom (well 4, plus my room is a converted lounge), and on a quiet, sunny, private back section. Double garage, off-street parking, super modern everything, dishwasher, washing machine etc.. and all for the lo-lo price of only $90 a week!

Its' just down the road from Merivale mall, the metrostart/#14/#18 busstop is literally at the end of the driveway. Also only a 15 minute walk to the Square, 2 min drive to central city.

Current flatmates are an odd bunch, but quiet. One is even gay!
