The tread on them is good, not new, but two are 75%+ the two are 50%+

I'm interested, just need to fall into some cash as other mods are stretching the budget somewhat.

you mean like the ~130k loan known as a mortgage? or the combined 16k on the cars? or the ~4k on the creditcard?

I think I'm ticked up just about enough at the moment.... 150k is about my limit for still being able to sleep at night.

130k aint all the bad, that gets you only a piece of land nowdays. My parents paid 65K for their section 3 years ago, which they complained was expensive. Theres now some smaller sections for sale around the corner for 120k, most have sold :lol: :?
