not as scary as the deluge at 4am and again at 630am. i had doubts as to whether we were going to be able to go ahead with the day. unfortunately, most of you would have missed the first drift session on a very slippery Levels Raceway, there was plenty of action as the guys under-estimated how greasy it was. due to the rain , we changed the schedule around in a bid to have a dry track for the 1/4 mile.

we have another day along the same format pencilled in for 10thJune'06, but have a couple of bent sprint/tarmac autocross days as well.

SCCC Clubsport commitee have 4 days allocated to us for sprint/track days. all 4 events we hold at Levels are eligible for road cars that meet safety criteria (fire extinguishers/helmet/overalls), but you can only enter 2 of these events before a club membership/licence is needed(but membership also enables you to enter Ashbuton and Canterbury CC events), there is, on average,at least 1 event each month that dosn't require anything more than the safety gear outlined above.

not sure if I havent been looking hard enough, or it's not there, but is there some sort of "go here for info on all events" type webpage listing where and when and what conditions need to be met?

essentially, all 4 events that are on the calender page that are 'sprint' 'clubsport' or(with the exception of the Ford Falcon club hire) have clubsport in the R/H column are the days i speak of.

maybe there needs to be a 'stickied' events thread detailing ALL events in the central SI, especially those that don't require race/rally prepared cars, i.e sprints, motorkhanas, trackdays ,drags etc.

Well, since Pervert got banned there has been no one pushing the dominance of the 4K so someone had to step in and do it.

Well 3K with 4K crank and overbore so its a mixture. Either way its a K series. Not as flash looking as yours though Dunny but I hear the midget driver has a weight advantage, better slip some ballast in when he's not looking.
