Split radiator top

Split radiator top

So the top tank in my GSR has a decent sized split in it......
Where in Chch is the best place to get it replaced??
And anyone know how much??

chch radiators, i work there. if you just bring the radiator it should be $173+gst, depending on what tank it is, or $228+gst if you bring the car to us and we remove/fit change anti freeze and flush motor etc.

just gives an idea, dont go to canterbury radiators, the are ruff c**ts. and A1 radiators tanks are dodgy. not trying to kill the competition though :lol: .

I suppose theres no way you can do a temp fix, like plastic weld it or something??
Just until after xmas when i'll acually have some money!!!! :roll:

na we dont do plastic welding sorry, dont use any of those chemiweld sorta shit either, the stuff you pour in and its suppose to magicly seal up leaks etc. itll just clog shit up and make it worse. pull it out and take it to a bumper repair shop/plastic welding place and see if they will do it.

Dori_85: for the record, we all get the same tanks.. wether it's from national or adrad or over seas.. the tanks you get are the tanks we get.. (Scott from A1.)
