Been so busy doing everyone elses stuff, the little mr2 has been tucked away in the corner gathering dust. Finally got the bottom end together. Looks real good. Now I just gotta find time to do the rest. The top 3 pics here.

Btw, its a gen3 3sgte fitted with 86.5mm cp pistons, arp throughout, shotpeened/linished/balanced factory rods and completely balanced rotating assembly.

Headwork, just a cleanup. Nothing major. As for red. I suppose I deserved that. I thought that it was better than rust and peeling black. Also, red shows up the oil leaks easier. hmmm.

I was thinking of going for a bit of red on my engine too, but I don't want to look like I'm copying you :oops:

BTW did you end up getting the ARP studs from 935 motorsports? I ordered mine ages ago and I'm still waiting :(

Oh looky, engine fits in hole. Whats that on top??? Oh, its my shiny new intercooler, (start of one anyway). And quads of course.
