In Wellington there is a white Van that goes around and haunts all the local 'Boy Racer' meets, trying to catch people do stupid crap.. we thought it was a joke when the lights came on the first time, and 2 guys stepped out wearing Hoodies and trucker caps.. of they come, on go the police caps.. tis evil I say :evil:

does that apply to nz laws though?

its an undercover vehicle... unless they are actually lining them up for a drag race and egging them on, itd probably stick.

Well they weren't egging anyone on or anything.. they were just sitting there looking inconspicous...
