Track Day 03/03/06 *I need your entries*

Postby Chelles » Mon Dec 26, 2005 11:36 am

For those of you who don't have your payment and entry forms into me please do it today. If I don't have your form and payment by 17th I will give you spot to someone else as I have several people waiting in the wings incase a spot comes up.

Thanks a bunch

Hi every one.
I'm running a track on Friday 3rd March 2006 at Taupo race track.

For those of you who are interested please email me and I'll email you an entry form, payment details and general info of the day.

This will be a prepaid event as the cost of hiring the track has double with all the ownership and works going on.

Cost: $68 ea driver.
More than one driver per car allowed (no more than three)
I need all entries by Friday 3rd Feb.
Limited numbers so first paid for served ;)
You will need to find your own accommodation for this event.
You'll need to be at the track between 8 and 8.30 for safety checks and track time will be from 9am - 4pm.
Helmet and overalls a must!

See you all there

PS: this is not an exclusive Toyspeed event and is personally organised by me, so this means that there will be other clubs invited to the event.

This isn't a Toyspeed organised day, it is my day that I'm doing so I can test out my new race gear box. So everyone is welcome. I don't care what you drive as long as you play clean :D

Email me and I'll send you the details

It doesn't matter if you are 'crap' as the track is the perfect place to learn car control. If anyone wants some pointers just let me know and I'll 'hook you up'. If you have never had a play on the track this is your chance as I'm more than happy to do a couple of runs just for those who are track 'virgins' so you don't have the rest of us bearing down on you.
After you've had one go I'm almost positive that you'll be hooked!

If you don't have a licence then email me so we can talk about it.
I don't think there will be a problem as long as you don't drive yourself to the track :)

I'd assume its like norm, clean cotton overall's and a helmet... If someone can talk nicely to the Taupo track people you may be able to hire some gear..

I'll have to check work commitments as the 3rd is a Friday, thus Id need to take a half day on Thursday and then Friday night off too.... costly .. else it'll be fun following you around the track damn stupid friggin MIVEC thing in front
