My landlord started off well, paying for all the paint and stuff when we repainted the inside of his house for him (long story) and there has been much talk of painting the outside, and digging out another carpark ... but, since then, he hasn't even so much as looked at a dicky outside door lock, and a leaking tap.

So they start off with good intentions, and then work out that it's only a rental property and the returns are still okay even if they don't spend a cent.

Yep, have seen this time and time again, they will move the world to get you in but once there and established with the $$'s rolling in, things change pretty quickly

You do realise when these cases go to court a lot of them get thrown out from lack of evidence.

If it's a case of your word against theirs - then that means nothing to a judge, it's just a waste of their time and the courts time.

they usually go by the tenant and not the landlord(unless the tenants have completely wrecked the house or not paid rent of course).

plus we dont even have to do anything at the moment that is just if anything happens.

well considering the kitchen is the width of the house and the photos only show like 3/4 of it, it might not look huge in the pics but it is pretty big, alot bigger than what is at your place

It was just a question, other people may have been wondering the same thing too, and because you explained the photo Nic, then the question got answered perfectly. I'm sure you must be really excited about moving in - not long to go now.

As for whatever your name is - other chicky person - keep your snarky comments to yourself will you.

too right hun!

if people cant accept you for who you are then tough crap to them! They would be too pussy to live in out place.

all i see here really is attention seeking from others and not much talk about finding us a flatmate.
