Have you got a waterblaster? Giving it a good high pressure wash down could get it off :)

My only other idea would be something used to remove oil etc from driveways. I use liquid magnet on oil, and it works a charm :)

Degreaser probably wont get it, as that stuff is designed to be resistant to alot of chemicals...you'll probably have to scrub the concrete down with a wire brush.
Failing that, you can get a product called Concrete Kleen which is meant to get rid of most stuff...but its pretty brutal stuff.

I'd say you're gonna get your ass kicked dude

Washing Powder works very well when on things still wet as it soaks up Oil etc. It removes most of it anyway. But im wouldnt be that confident that it would work now.

Ask Martha Stewart?

Have you tried Meths, Turps, Paint Thinner, all of the above???

Think the best thing for it is straight spirits of salts, i know a few people who use it to clean driveways.

salts, acetone, spirits or thinners will only get the a small bit of the first layer, concrete is like a sponge, listen to me here.

Spirits of Salts will get it out, (WARNING: 50% Hydrochloric Acid) but you will probably notice it gets very VERY clean afterwards, lol as its used for preparing concrete and other semi-porous surfaces for painting ;)

Just go buy a whole pig, then skin and gut it on the driveway, tell your mother you've got it for her as a present, cmon, would she really be angry after all your hard work?

Seriously, try liquid magnet, that shit rocks. Otherwise, paint etc tends to wear off concrete quite fast, just tell her it'll wear off.
