whos done sc12 onto a bluetop 4age ?

Postby AE85.6 » Tue Jan 03, 2006 6:01 pm

ive seen quite a few posts now about people bolting all the bits onto the N/A 4ages and them still handling a fair bit of abuse and being pretty reliable.

for those who have done it,
i was just wandring what other bits ya need etc and how hard it was to do, and how it goes, and how much boost you run could also be helpful

i have also seen a few posts about people with gtz's building up bluetop heads for them i assume for compression reasons maybe ?

but the gtz bottom end is what makes them more robust for boost reasons so bolting the bits onto a complete bluetop prob wouldnt be to healthy if you plan a pulley kit etc,

cheers

yeah as per PM 8)

also a good intercooler would be a must

the biggest con with the stock bluetop is the pistons are cast. but they seem to take it ok
