I is 6'2" and weigh about 78kg

When I left school I was 6'1" and 74kg..
got a car and within 2 months I was 87kg

worked that down to 84kg and stuck with that for a while,
a couple of summers ago I got down to 81kg then that January I gave up smoking and went to 94kg

I noticed that by mid Febuary and by St patricks day I managed to get down to 87kg..
over the following months i got back down to 84..
Moved out of home at the begining of last year and dropped to 81kg
recently suffered a bout of Glandular Fever and dropped to 74kg within a week

So anyone who wants to lose weight quickly, get Glandular fever and literally watch the kilos disappear :lol:

Yup will agree with ya on that one, i dropped down to about 42kg and my parents thought i was anorexic. Although i wouldn't wish Glandular Fever on anyone, as you're just constantly tired and can't be bothered doing anything.

i cudnt talk, eat or drink, i was on 4 pain releif, had to double my dose of codine, nothin took the pain away! had to live on ice cream.

I couldnt even swallow water..... And i couldnt sleep, the highlight of the illness was being able to stay awake to watch initial d on cartoon network at 1.30am :lol:

So many different pills that i was meant to take but couldnt swallow :roll:

yeah, been looking for a case of food poisoning myself... but licking raw chicken(left in the sun for a few hours) seems gross to me.
