i saw that, was quite funny, a 16 year old so referred to youth aid, he was driving big boy speeds shouldnt he be delt with as a big boy? ie loss of licence for at least 12 months, a huge ass fine.

& what were the road slicks the cops were talking about?

do they just mean low profile tyres or actual slicks with tread legal for road use?

Im guessing it was an m5 beemer, havent seen a newish one of them around though.

any clues who owns it?

hmmmmm I wonder if the "creative" ways of policing the area, include investing in some Viper cop cars
I suppose then everyone would be trying to get arrested so they could go for a ride in one

We were talking about this. If he was caught on the motorway at 209 the cop must have been on his side of the motorway. SO why stop...you know your going to get $&#$% in the arse if you pull over.......

Chances are the cop would have got the plate and a description of the car, so if you didnt stop when he put his lights on then you could get done for failing to stop (quite as serious charge) as well as whatever else hes getting, and as was being discussed earlier how many other BMW's are there out there that fit the description

yea I supose your right but I'd stil think twice about doing it  , because I know a guy who tried running on the motorway on a motorbike and finally got busted, (they called for backup) and by then had been clocked at 220km/h and got a fair way up a certain creek without a paddle as the saying goes

however I hope I dont ever have to make this decision
