It's not a law yet, it's a Bill.

The confiscation side of it IS illegal and no doubt theres a few more shady patches in there.

I voted all of the above, good because the diesel thing on the road is a good idea, but I've heard horror stories of where the car was leaking oil and the poepel were done for it :? But yeah, all of the above.

its gonna take something pretty drastic, i would say, to happen within the next month to stop this becoming law.

but i do agree with cargazm that the confiscation part of it is illegal and i think will be the most depressing part about it, if/when it becomes law

Me anotha combo vote! 8)

It really is all of the above, coz it does have it's good points where it will get rid of the total crazies out there, but it's ugly coz it's too damn vague and unrealistic in places!! It's gonna get way out of hand! :(

Its all $&#$% as far as I'm concerned.

Hopefully it will go someway in helping to get the headcases off the road, and I also hope it doesn't solve the whole 'problem', for want of a better word. If it solves the problem, then they will consider themselves 'winners' and not look at other options like giving us somewhere to do our thing, which is ultimately what needs to happen. (I think, anyway.)

good in that it might help people think more about what they are doing.

bad in that giving the police more powers constantly is going down the road to becomming a police state.

ugly because it will lead to more police doing the 'easy' job of catching drivers than catching 'real' crims

Illegal because it contravenes the bill of rights.

this government can kiss my ass

People are now critcally and seriously injured so yes it has alot of good points and also bad but if it takes $&#$% off the streets then who is goin to complain???? Im sure as hell not i dont wanna see that ever again!!!

Its all of the above cause if you read it its quite general meanin the "Judge Dread" law can be twisted to suit you in your normall driving habits if the cop dont like you (it aint uncommon)
The idea is good but taking away of your car is way over the top!
