How do you change the angle of the beam on the 97-2000

When they get put on high beams there pointing at the trees... Put new Bulbs in about 6 months ago and its finaly warrant time...

Any help would be great... Cheers

To get it done right you probly need to take it to a garage with a light machine.

Its pretty easy really. On top of the housing is a couple of adjusters (one for each light). They take a number 3 phillips drive and you should be able to see them fairly easily. These adjust the pitch of the beam. The alignment can't be changed to the best of my knowledge.

Have a look at the LTSA website to see where they should be pointing (can't remember) and then park in front of a wall on level ground, A couple of measurements and your set.

just get them to do it while they do you wof (the garage i goto does this)...

they need to use a special machine to do it, dont just do it yoursefl.

For those that can't be bothered looking on the LTSA site, the requirement is for a drop of 90-105mm at 3m i.e. measure the centre height of your lamps, measure the height of the projected beams on level ground, calculate the drop over a 3m distance (easier to do if you set the distance at 3m)
