Big pizza for sure.

ALthough I would still go hells over BP. Spags thai chicken, and apricot chicken rock. Spags chips rule, but Hells lemon pepper wedges with smokey bbq sause is the ticket mmmm

Just kinda going a on a bit of a tangent...

Where did Dominos come from? Did they take over Mad Dog pizza? I haven't seen anything out of Mad Dog Pizza in ages. They are an American franchise I believe...

Also, I can't help but think it was the same company just changing it's name over and over Eagle Boys = Pizza Haven = Mad Dog pizza

Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

Domino's here is part of the Australian outfit.
Mad Dog was started by some ex Eagle Boys employees

Yeah... Dominos bought out Mad Dogs also. They replaced all the nice pizza with slimy, sloppy crap. Stupid, stupid pizza people.

First there was Stallones Pizza in Chch. I recall many a night at R&R Hall and College House needing a bite to eat after a disaapointnig dinner (Hostel meals. euughhhhh ) and ordering out. Yummmy.

Stallones start branching out a bit outside of Christchurch, then got bought by Eagle Boys. At this point "Stallones" pizza took a turn for the worst, so from then on it was Spags, if you were in Chch.

Eagle Boys then got bought by Pizza Hutt (at least in NZ).

Now there's also Hells' Kitchen and they're pretty good. La Porchetta is close, definitely better than Dominos or PH.

In Auckland there's also Pizza Pizza on Queen street (opposite the Village Sky City centre).
