why 4 cylinder?
if it already has a 5M in it, then a 7M-GTE (3L 6cyl turbo) conversion will be a piece of piss and more rewarding than a 3S-GTE. If you're too cheap for a 7M then a 1G-GTE (2L 6cyl twin turbo) would be a slight improvement over the 5M, but not really worthwhile.

In all honesty you're making it quite hard on yourself, what is the reason for wanting a 4 Cylinder motor?
The better & much easier option would be to stick with the M Series motors, by either turboing the 5m, or transplanting the 7mgte. Either would make a great upgrade, and you would save yourself all the hassle of customising engine mounts etc.

However if you're really set on a 4cyl motor & don't mind all the custom work, a Nissan SR20DET would be a good choice.

Sell it and buy something more modern, unless you're a mechanic, otherwise you're going to spend a lot of money to go not much better.

Also, you are a lot easier to understand when you use actual words, not text speak.

Get the 1G FAR superior engine

:( i'd go with a 2JZ if i was to do a conversion like that, might as well spend the extra few hundred.
