Do you know who can widen / flare guards ?

im sure some of you have had the guards on your car widen or flared before

can you please advise who the best person/company to use and their approx charging rate ?

i need to get my guards widen about 1 to 1.5cm on both sides and the guard lips folded in to clear my new wheels

i dont really wanna go through the baseball bat route

any advise greatly appreciated
