On that car my vote goes to the DriftTeks, but you might need a few ponies under the hood to get them spinning...!!! :twisted:

seeing as its a road car the weight wont matter as much, and the koya are probably half the price if you get them from the right place, and i think they look better anyway... i say drift tek

I still want it to be as light as possible. I made an enquiry on prices, waiting to hear back. I left a kind note on my enquiry "NO CHROME" :lol:

Those Drift Teks are common, but theyre $&#$% sick. Kind of like Simmons and RS5's on old schoolers, theyre everywhere, but theyre beautiful wheels and ya never grow tired of them.

Drifteks, how much more expensive are they in an 18?? chrome wont look too bad if the rest of the car is slammed japracer spec

For me, it boils down to which factor is more important to you, weight or looks.

By the sounds of it, the Drift Tek's are significantly heavier, but I do think they look a bit better than the RPF1's, although the RPF1's are, as Al has said, very light. On an N/A car, less unsprung weight and rotational mass makes a difference

It seems crazy, that no one makes 15/16 inch wheels anymore.

Everything is 17/18/19+ inches.

WTF is up with that?

I wouldnt want any bigger than 16" rims, the 15's are great.

Especially since the roads I drive a lot have a habit of buckling rims that have low profile tires, just ask Boxxy. :twisted:

I hear ya Roman, I like the look of big wheels, but for my car and my liking its 15's for me too. Cant wait for the day ive got some spare cash to finally get some simmons FR15's.

One day soon, theyre nearing the top of my want list :twisted:

Either will look stupid with the car still at standard height IMO. Spend the money on springs etc first, even on stock wheels it'll be a vast improvement.

And the bottom ones - the enkies look average, and 7 kilos isn't THAT light.
