4agze in rolla wagon

i need sum help in gettin the pin set up 4 my 4agze ae101 ecu as my under dash wiring from my 96 corolla wagon wont plug in i did the best matchin the colours, but it runs real poorly, real rich basically. Any help would b awesome. There r a few wires in sure that arent rite. The rest of the plugs go in sweet the engine came with a complete loom that sides sweet. cheers
