Exactly what I was thinking, this thread doesn't need locking
second that. with Cozmo's impressive performances, i do hope we see him step up to the plate and come for a skid around Levels this year. it would be interesting to see most of the Dunedin lads come for a skid, if only to find out who gets bragging rights

I would LOVE to hit the track on my GSXR as I am alot better on 2 wheel's then 4 (Road or Dirt) but seeing it is up for Sale and guy looking at it this weekend most likely won't have it and the fact Bike's not running aye??

See if you can beat coris time :P and she was driving a crappy fwd 1.5.

Dude you shouldn't be telling people to do that bloody dangerous road as there are alot of $&#$% head's that do just what you are telling DJ to do go as fast up or down the as they can.. sh*t last time was up that way on my MX Bike just bout got taken out by some $&#$% in a subaru who was crossed up big time and just bout in the ditch on my side 8O ..
Too many BLIND corner's to be going out doing that..

You dont think i know that? I lived there with her for how long? and what time did you go there, the majority of us giving the cars shit was about 2 am mon - fri mornings comming home from work.

Nah not metrosexual

Hermaphrodite(they have both bits but no balls or ovaries and dont ask me how I know)

Now I totally dont wanna condone driving above the speed limit on public roads. But fun can be had within the limits on corners. anyway this aint bout who drives better its about givin it a go even in an auto 3AU or a 2K starlet cause us underpowered cars have less to lose. Also we're less likely to crash as we wont be goin all that fast! lol

matt dunn wrote:To quote nik from SDU,

Minimum requirements for getting your car on the track are
- 0.9kg fire extinguisher within reach of driver
- 100% cotton full length overalls
- Helmet
- Road worthy/safe car with no oil leaks and bettery positive terminal covered. Basically if your car gets a warrant it'll be sweet.

Hiring Helmet, the rest is done... should be there unless something stupid happens.

should have advised earlier, but i figured you would be following the 'official' event thread. the cost for non-MSNZ affiliated club members has increased.

matt dunn wrote:Hi again,

Just been to a Car Club Meeting and we have been told that we are no longer able to get around the club membership rule.

This means that to do this event on March 11th 2006 you will be required to be a member of an affiliated MSNZ club,
which can be
South Canterbury Car Club,
Canterbury Car Club,
Ashburton Car Club,
etc etc.

As our membership year ends at the end of April the fee to join our club is 1/2 price, but will still expire at the end of April.

If you are still keen to have a go let me know as we will probably have to organise it before the event.

Matt

for all those who were thinking of entering, please let me or Matt know.
thanks.
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

f#@k you i won't do what ya tell me
