i was just going off one of my pinout diagrames here
un fortunatly its off a american model
id hope it wasent wrong considering it a genuine toyota service manuel
normally there is also a EGR pin as well and that operates the valve

oh and ops teh rly is the control output to the open cuircut relay
but yes the IDL the idle position sensor pairs off to the interccoler ecu
