but yes there is a hole there already. no idea why it isnt used, i think some jap guy missed a line on a drawing or something

My Blitz turbo is based on the Caldina one though so unfortunetly I get the manifold-of-ridiculousness like the rest of the ST215 owners. The manifold is the facelift one with the extra stud hole luckily so I'll grab a stud for that.

Does anyone have the torque setting for these the stud nuts?

All you need to do is drill slightly larger than the stud until you hit .(this stops the bur on the broken stud from catching and rapping your threads)
Once you've done this you can centre punch the stud and drill it out to about 5mm. Then you can use an ezyout. A guy who does all our skypig engines showed me this why and it works every time so far

99gtt, you still havin't replied to my post, how do I make more power out of my setup. I'm losing sleep everynight, thinking there is more power to be untapped, but nobody knows how except you.
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.

Drilled the stud out successfully , got a new gasket set . And the manifold doesn't seem to be warped as there is no leaks. So problem fixed for less than 30 bucks.
