4age camshaft torque settings

did a quick search bt couldnt find what I needed. can anyone give me the torque settings for the camshaft saddle bolts?the ones which hold the camshafts in. I also need the tappet settings.

camshaft bearing cap- cylinder head bolts: 13Nm/9 Ft-lbs

cold valve clearances
intake 0.15-0.25 mm
exhaust 0.20-0.30mm
(16v 4age btw)
