Either you dont have both triggers wired up correctly. Or the ROMS on the LEMV5 arent for the ZE CAS.
The answer is Helmholtz!

i may have found sumthing odd the wires from the cas to the plug then the wires from the plug to the original ze are a bit mixed up they go in order from cas to original loom to lem loom
red-black- no connection
white-white-green this one seems right
green-red-yellow
yellow-green-blue

shud this meant to be from the cas before the plug to the lem v5 loom
red-yellow
green-blue
white-green
yellow - no connection

As Redmist has said either you have sensors that aren't working correct or at all which could be due to the sensor being faulty, wrong wiring, wrong position etc or else you ECU isn't setup for the triggers you are using. Diagnosis of the trigger's will require the use of a scope to check what trigger patterns you are getting & you are getting them at the right time. If the sub-board/configuration for your ECU is wrong then there is little anyone except Link can do for you as the triggering is basically dependent on the sub-board in an LEM V5/Link Plus, there is a couple of things I could possibly try if I had the ecu/car but I'm not allowed to disclose the information on these as Link don't want everyone playing with their ecu's & $&#$% things up. Best bet would be to find a clued up auto-sparky with a scope to double check the triggers are wirec correctly & working(Link will recommend you do this probably) if that is okay then you'll need to send the ecu back to Link. Else you could ring Link & ask them if you send in the sensors & ecu if they can check the sensors work & set the ecu up for them, we do this all the time for odd-ball triggers but then we sell heaps of their stuff.

I generally try not to using a tuning module for any of the nwer Link stuff, but basically you'll generally get a cyl/sync error on cranking until it see's the signal & then it should clear or not get anymore error's, if on cranking the error's just keep adding up then I'd say you've got a problem either with wrong trigger pattern or wrong wiring as a cyl or synce error is generally what you get if the triggering is wrong.

As for the subaru coils/ignitor etc that should work fine as it's a combo we've used on various other stuff but if you do end up sending the ecu/sensors back to link, it'd probably pay to send them the coil/ignitor as well just incase there is any issues as we've had problems with some coils/ignitors not being compatible with the Link setup.
