How to port a comp Housing

given that it should be quite impossible to find an already ported one, i'd like to know how/where to drill my comp housing to make an anti-surge porting.

I mean... please look at this pic I found on the web:





I think that they made the holes at a measured distance from the center of the intake;
maybe that these holes have to finish on a particular portion of the intake wheel ?

Tial Sport make anti surge ports on their special editon GT3540R's. Maybe contact Tial about it?
