And quite alot brighter compared to the stock. They are more of a crisp white light, cheers MasCam for the recommendation, TWL are good guys.

if it is mazcam the new caldina, those lights are a PITA when you have to drive in front of a set.

Ha those are just the low beams 8O They are HID lamps, REAL xenons.

Next time I will show you what the Hella ultra's do on high beam....

Or perhaps I should just use them to blind people who go slow in the right hand lane of motorways and make chicanes for real cars

and watch the wires melt?
I know I did last time I tried this(95 Curren), not all cars have wiring thick enough to cope with supplying 100/90W bulbs.

toyota cynos seem too... and run 100w foglights at the same time, with the same size wiring... hehehe

mine runs "crappy" normel bulbs, might just get some 90/100, why cant ya use them in plastic ;).

Hella Xenon Ultra's

Postby cynakyl » Sun Feb 26, 2006 10:28 pm

I too have just gone and got myself a set of hella xenon ultra's and can i say man they are soooo much better than standards. I used to have some 8500k h4's in my s14 and they looked cool and i liked the white light they put out but bad for actually lighting up the road at all. Now with the xenon ultra's in my gt-t i can actually see the road. I just gotta adjust the beam as one is at normal height and the other acts like a hi beam. Oh well i'll fix it when i have time. They also look whiter than the factory bulbs without the blue look.
$54 well spent i say...

how much and where from?
i need a new park bulb (i mean who uses park lights?!?!?), so might get some decent ones when im there - im not sure if its cause my cars lowered, but the low beams suck - a big difference going from the 'Dina to the Curren...

Hella Xenon Ultra's.

Postby cynakyl » Mon Feb 27, 2006 6:35 pm

$54 was for a pair of bulbs. They were $37 each singly. So unless you paid $35 for a pair you did get a bit ripped off. But depends on where in the country you are and how much it costs people to ship them to wherever.
I got mine from Western Autoelectrical in Henderson (Aucks).
