x members are easy enough if you can do some fab work yourself.
its not recomended to alter a driveshaft yourself for road use though. I had one made up afew years back for about $300ish

If it's a JZZ30 and you want to do it properly with a proper gearbox so that you don't need to modify your shifter then you need to bargain on around 1200-1500$ for just the gearbox...

Ok well a quick list of what need is:

Gearbox with Bellhousing.
Clutch + Break Pedal Box.
Master + Slave Cylinder and Clutch line.
Gearbox + Clutch Fluid.
Clutch + Pressure plate.
Thrust bearing + Spigot bearing.
Clutch fork.
Gearbox crossmember.
Driveshaft. (MKIV N/A Supra driveshaft from memory is a straight fit.)
All the little nuts and bolts.
Manual Centre Console.

Then you just need to bridge the inhibitor (sp?) and wire the reverse lights if you are still going to be using your auto ECU.

That should cover it all.

Why not get the gear from a Manual Soarer :P (Still assuming you're talking about a JZZ30)
