Make sure you buy a running one.

AFM is ok. AFM and MAP both have limitations, i'd say the AFM would be more accurate at measuring the air than MAP.

LSD is a bonus, but could be screwed. It should be a clutch type LSD.

If you get the E series box make sure you get the hubs and axles too.

Fuel pumps are average. I wouldnt want to flow more than 200HP with it. Since it rated to 120L/h which is around 200HP

Just listen for piston slap, rattly bottom end, heavy breathing, all the usual things.

Im not 100% sure if there clutch type. Its hard to tell exactly whats on toyota gearboxs.

The other common toyota LSD is viscous type which imo isn't as good.

To be sure you would have to get the axle code on the build plate.

ae101 shafts and hubs will not work with an e series box. If you get the e series gearbox get the shafts and hubs too. e series box is stronger, used with the mr2 turbo.

If it came with a 4agze, and the registration is 'gt-z' then you can be pretty sure its a e series box
