Be a little careful MrOizo. Parts shipped in cars have had a tendency to go missing enroute.

Yeah, I think everyone has heard bad things about Tau. The only thing I heard firsthand, they were more than happy to sort out for the person. Gotta be careful what you hear, stories have a fantastic way of being stretched.

Every time we have a thread about Tau, someone who has never used them pipes up with a disparaging comment, but, as can be seen from the posts of people who have used them, such rumours are a load of BS.

I've imported 5 damaged cars through them, and will import more, both damaged and regular auction cars. They provide a good, cheap, professional service and I've not had any hassles with them at all.

The only thing that happened was not really their fault. When I purchased the Ferrari, due to my haste to make sure I secured it, I didn't change the shipping from roll on/roll off to container, then I asked them to change it by email but somehow it didn't get recorded on the invoice so it got shipped RO/RO. Then some prick tried to lever the rear prancing horse badge off with a screwdriver, no brains at all though all they had to do was pop th boot and undo it from the inside

Stock changes on a daily basis, and popular models like the EVO don't stay around for very long. Though typically there are one or two per week damaged ones per week on there. If you're looking for a non damaged vehicle then sign up for their "Auction Agent" service and that will give you access to a lot of the regular USS Auto Auction listings, a quick look reveals at least twenty of them for sale currently ;)
