The ownership of the plates is separate to the ownership of the car, advise Indy Cars that you are the legal and registered owner of the plates (Personalised Plates holds this info) and that if they are not returned to you immediately you will pursue them through the media rather than court.

That tosser who bought the car did not own the plates - you do. Thus Indy Cars have no right in with holding the plates from their legal owner.

Oh, its listed as a TRD model, because for some reason when it was first registered here the yard put it down as MR2 TRD for the model...I never bothered correcting it.
