My injector test results

I got my injectors back today and the guy gave me the results for the flow test but I have no Idea what they mean and was wondering if someone could enlighten me.

This is what he wrote:

189cc @ 3bar
82cc @ 3bar @ 50%
Average Spray Pattern
Not Weeping.

So I understand the concept behind that stuff but where the injector is 82cc that would be bad wouldn't it? Seeming that the other one is 189cc. Do you think that reading is for just one of the injectors?

I think it means 82cc at 50% duty cycle? (when not stressing the engine)

i'd assume the first (189) is the max delivery/flow
the 82, as it says is at 50% duty
both the same injector.
Im not sure what they should be flowing, but by the test, it looks as though they are ok.

Yeah I feel like a bit of an idiot now . It was such a simple answer to my question.
