Caldina GT... manual?

can you get the caldina gt in manual?? Are they front drive with a beams engine??

Yes ans yes.

Although iirc the FF ones were only made after 2000. 4WD before then.

here ya go, all you need to know...

So according to this, no manual, but there is a FWD option only after 2000

and question, why would you want a car that has around 190ps that weighs 1470kg's in a front wheel drive???

I want a station wagon... i dont want 4wd coz of the weight addition, i only want enough power to pull it along comfortably, yet more power than a 1600.

My GT is 1998, AWD, Beams...

Then go for the manual "G" model instead of the auto "GT". 3S-FE should have more than enough torque to be comfortable driving, and I wouldn't worry about the 40kgs difference for 4WD, the extra traction more than makes up for it.

But if that's not enough power for you the only other choice you have in manual is the GT-T, or buy a Beams engine from a GT and fit it to a manual G car ;)

I like your thinking. It probably gonna end up being a 1995ish rolla wagon with 7age or 4agze/4agte or even a 7agze
