Whats the rule on having a surge tank inside the car, as my car is a hatchback, and dont have backseats so everything is open if you know what i mean.

I think it should be fine as long as you use proper fittings and proper braded fuel lines.

the rules have changed on this now (even with braided/XRP type fittings). you must have the fuel compartment/surgetank/pumps etc isolated from the cabin by a firewall. in hatch back you can just build a box over the setup. check the mans site for exact details.

Needs to flow about 1.5 litres a minute back the return line at full pressure, ( 40psi + boost pressure) with the injectors wide open.

So in the case of my car at 40psi + 20psi boost and 4 x 600cc injectors,
at 60psi pressure the pump needs to flow (2.4 + 1.5) 3.9 litres a minute.

It's hard to find fuel pump ratings at pressure though as most are rated at open flow or base pressure of 3 bar.

So far i have a GZE block which is bored out 0.5mm with toyota 0.5mm oversized forged 9.0:1 pistons
GZE crank
Poilished shotpeened and balanced rods.
Going to balance the rotating assembly
Have a small cylinder head and manifold.
Dont have a turboport or an exhaust manifold yet.
0.8mm TRD steel shim head gasket.
Will be using an aftermarket computer, dont know what yet.

get a link or link plus ~$1500
550cc rx7 injectors ~$250
big port STOCK head ~free (swap)
t3 skyline turbo housing with ht18 rx7 cover and assembly ~$400
Quad coil spark off a 2l mitsi galant ~$100
modify spark system to suit
use stock fuel pump and reg, run 15psi till run in, then run 25psi. Should net around 250kw atw on 9:1 comp on 98 with a good 12.5:1 air fuel ratrio, its all in the tune. Dont fuuck around with half the shite these guys are talking bout, just on trade me, buy the stuff and get it done, for really good info, get on club 4ag, pm drifter4ag, matt dunn or grotty, these guys do it all the time and dont talk half the crap.

mine is reliable ..
its running low boost and makes mega torque .. with a stock bottom end and modified head you will hit 250kw @ this boost level no worries .. and it will be plenty reliable depending how you driveit and how high you rev it.

Well ive had the rods modified, debeamed, shotpeened and balanced.
getting the crank etc balanced.
I have ARP stud kits for the mains, head, and rod bolts.
oversized forged pistons.

I'm thinking it should be reliable aye?

use the ht18 turbo but put the to4e comp wheel and cover on it and you will see some good numbers.
My mate had a t04e turbo with the t4 ex wheel and cams, he made 230kw on 18psi.
