targa bambina

Postby beeker » Mon Mar 13, 2006 7:05 pm

finished Targa bambina in one piece. provisional 27th out of 103, not bad considering the spec list we're running. Lost the ass end coming out of a corner at 140kph and snaked our way down the road but managed to keep it on the black stuff. Have the in car footage to prove it too ! That'll teach me top push it too soon on hard compound tyres on a drying but still damp road.

Still have a high speed vibration, 150kph+. Seems to come from the front of the car, but we've checked/ changed everything that we can think of bar balancing the driveshaft, and we'll do that next, assuming we dont W series it.

nope, but they get a damm hard time. Defn smokin at the end of any long stage or downhill. The Mintel M1166 do ok, but i really do need a proper upgrade. Lookin at a skyline 4+2 pot job.
