Postby tomo1985 » Tue Mar 28, 2006 9:03 pm

Is it at all possible to fit a BZR front on a 1997 BZ-T Carib?

I think you will find there was a bit more than just boltign that one on, i believe the white 101 front fitted fairly simply though

The white ones horrible, the lines are too wrong on the front bumper to suit the rest, however the grey one looks very nice.

Hey that's my sig!

Stick with the Carib's front and improve it that way mate, the BZT with the AE111 trueno front does look unique, but it also looks abit strange in some way too.

With abit of effort and modification, you can get a unique looking BZT too.

Nope, in fact I don't think you will be able to find aftermarket BZT bodykits in Japan easily let alone in NZ.

Check and see if AE111 Levin/Trueno side skirts is of the same length though, as they have the same wheel base as the BZT, aftermarket side skirts for Levin/Trueno might fit the BZT with minimum / no modifications.

my "cousin" has an ae111 sedan front on his ae102 liftback, with a p11 primera bumper. it looks cool as. he joined the rear section on the ae102 guard to the front of the ae111 guard and made headlight brackets. the bonnet just bolted on. it looks mean.
When in doubt, down and out.
