3SGE AFM into 4AGE

my mate is parting his ST162 celica and has offered me the air flow meter knowing that i am without one. but will it work in my silvertop???

No. Even if you will rewire it to proper pins it will "flow" completely different and will affect the power curve dramatically.
Why do you want to do it?
AFM is not as restrictive as people think, and if you put different model (size) AFM it will provide "wrong" signal this will outweight any minor (0.1Hp) gains from bigger size...

Come on, we all know that our cars make more power and torque than rally car's, that's why even our AFM has a bigger internal diameter than 34mm, it's still not enough!
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.
