hey I was first to state it was N2O ok?
if you inject NO2, it will react with humidity in air producing HNO3 (nitric acid), wich will increase your "displacement" significantly and reduce the compression ratio, also will increase "overlap" by eating away metal inside of the combustion chamber, valves and "port" your inlet manifold and head..

You wanna run four jets so each cylinder gets the same amount on gas. Upgrade your fuel system.
Retard timing.
2 3 degree colder sparkpulgs.
Wide Open Throttle switch.
Bigger exhaust
New Clutch
RPM Switch (This makes it so N2O can be armed and wont come on till a set rpm causing less stress on your engine)

I did a lot of research and found that its not a great idea in a black top as people overseas had tried it with many rods breaking and engine failure.

But hey if you have the money to do it go for it. I didnt so sold it.

Why bigger exhaust?- what size is it to start with ?

They are called solenoids, theres nothing extra special about the zex kits except they are overpriced compared to NX and the likes.

http://www.mr2oc.com has a really good Nitrous section, which theres a bit on nitrous feeding 4age's.
