ok so the conversions in full swing now :twisted:

4afe wagon to 4agze wagon.

fuel pumps, what should i do?

is there much difference in the pumps

1993 4afe ae101 pump
and
1988 4agze (afm) ae92 pump

I would imagine the 4AFE pump wouldnt flow enough for the GZE.
Not sure what the flow rate is for the 4AFE pump, but the GZE is 120 litres per hour.

anyone know wether the gze pump will bolt straight up?

yep, they drop straight in. I did the same thing in my corolla when i put a ae101 ze motor in, found not much difference in changing pumps but if you are changing it jus buy one of those Walbro pumps off trademe for $240, plenty of go gas with those.

the walbro one will make the car idle higher, it flow alot more pressure than a standard pump and you shoudl run an aftermarket fpr with it.

My mate is selling a mazda rx7 series 6 pump and that bolts straight up, also flows to around 350hp ish
