Chrome bumpers

Can small dents be removed from chrome bumpers without cracking the chrome?

They are probably only the size of a 10c piece and maybe 4-5mm max deep.

Can any panel beater do it or only selective places?

A good pannelbeater should be able to do it. Ive hammered out chrome bumpers before without damage to the chrome, but it may also depend on the thickness of metal chromed also- the thinner stuff does not always seem to be as 'stuck' as the thicker chromed bits
