I did however pick up some nice shiny wheels, they are off an old cortina so rwd offset and I kept the nuts so I can use the correct ones. I found an old rally tyre lying round the backyard at home and I was all happy but then I discovered the other rally tyre has been misplace/stolen. I'm real gutted now because the tyre I have has heaps of grip on.

King spring still list a set of lowered springs for kp6x starlets at no more than new lowered springs cost for any other car, also if you are planning on keeping the car for quite some time and are only going to be doing cicuit work with it then these are probably a good option.
PS What size is that rally tire and do you by chance want to sell it, i ave 7 14" and 3 13" and it's pissing me off that
a) i don't have two complete sets of 14" tires
b) i don't have one complete set of 13" tires
ollieboy wrote:They are 13" I will see if I can find the other tyre but If I can't I will consider selling. Also note its an unknown brand of tyre so it might not be any good.

Repco quoted 580 or something for all four and they are cobra springs I believe.
Is this a good price?
