Oil gauge for gtt caldina

Hi, can someone tell me should a electrical oil gauge or a mechanical oil gauge be appropriate for 97 gtt caldina.Where can I find the oil sensor in my car.Can someone post some pics please...

either electrical or mechanical will be fine. For a mechanical you want to be sure you mount it properly so as to reduce risk of breaking line. A good quality electrical gauge would be accurate, so perhaps it would be better piece of mind?
For either you will need a T piece adapter to work with the factory unit also.
I'll let one of the ggt owners say where it is exactly located.
