[Auckland] Car Audio Competitions

Hello All.

Just letting you know that there are some soundoff competitions being held at the Meremere Dragway event on the 13th may.

There will be DB Drags (Erkel of eaudio fame is organising this I believe) as well as SQNZ.

I am responsible for organising the SQNZ (Sound Quality NZ) portion of the event, along with the rest of the crew from Wellington responsible for SQNZ.

If you think your car sounds good, then you should definitely put your money where your mouth is.

The event is only $20 to enter and we are running 2 classes:
Newbie and Amateur.
Amateur is for people who have invested a significant amount of time and money into their system.
The competion in this class will be tough ;)
However, newbie class has quite a few people who are just starting out.

We'd love to be offering prizes but at this stage, it is just trophies. If we get a significant number of entrants, we should be able to put some prizes up too, however this is yet to be determined.

We are requesting that if you can afford to prepay for the event, please do so.
Please PM myself to get the bank account details to pay into.
Prepayments must be received by 10 may, if your payment is not going to be processed by that date, please pay on the day instead.
Please make the reference your forum/username when you pay.

For example: tspd/agrath

Thanks in advance everyone, and see you at the event.

yes once you're inside the drags event you'll be able to spectate for free but there isn't much to see apart from a few "half finished" installs :) its all about the quality, not the bling!
