use rubber vac hose, increase length, make some restriction at the end of it, add "filter" to it - something like the plastic thing which goes inbetween map sensor and manifold, or get a better guage.

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, it basically means genuine Original equipment from toyota.
