hey, sorry to bring out an old post but how/what do you guy use to make the bends in your manifolds? and where (and approx how much) will a bender like that cost?

Buy cast steel bends from a steel supplier.

1 1/4 nominal size for 4age

around $3 for a long radius elbow

schedule 40 is stronger but if I was making another i'd use schedule 20 to keep weight down

arc or tig welding
