Panel and Paint work

Postby PreacheR » Mon May 08, 2006 2:18 am

Someone has decided to Park into my AE101 Corolla FX-GT. The b@st@rd. Now I am in need of a good Panel and Paint guy to fix the bumper and hatch and other assorted bits. As anyone here had good experieces with a Panel and Paint man and are willing to tell me the tale?

Thanks for the feed back. I went and got quotes today from two places recommended by toyota 800 bucks!
I am based in Mt Albert. One place was in avodale and the other was on Gt North Road. I suspect the Gt North Road place wasn't kind of place where you got great work for next to nothing.

I don't think I will be needed a new Bumper. The guy said it should be easy enough to repair what damage (if any there is)

I will give some of those places a bell in the morning.

Cheers dude. I will. :D
The damage is minimal at best and besides I am not paying for it, So I don't really care how much it costs. I just want it too look good.
Awfully friendly here on the toyspeed forums. Now excuse me as I go off topic a bit, but the same could not be said of the bickering that goes on in the bimmersport forums...

oh, we have our moments..

http://www.garagedori.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2088 <-- We like winding the drift boys (aka AE86 abusers) up for fun sometimes :)

Oh, and you dont see some of the fun that goes on on here if you aren't quick, the mods like the delete button. or if they got some that day they just lock the thread usually to kill the fun.

*waits to see who gets to this post first.. the mods or the drift boys*
