My dad has one and when I drive it I have to have the sunroof open.

So if you are over 6ft, don't do it.

I think they are alright... the Marino 20V looks pretty good to me (forget the Ceres- the front spoiler is ugly as), and its a 4 door 20 valve that is unlikely to have been thrashed, after all, how many boy racers want one? (answer: very few) Before I got the Curren, the Marino was on my list of cars to get, and I nearly got one too... ironically enough the 20V I looked at was a wreck (owner crashed it- thanks AA!).

As for the alternatives, wanna try finding a Toyota Levin/ Trueno of the same era in good nick? Good luck. As for a 20V 4-door Corolla/ Sprinter? Yeah right, oh and find me a unicorn's horn while you're at it- I've seen about two in the five years I've been interested in cars...

If you find one in good nick and you like it, take it. Forget about a spoiler kit though- it would look sh!te :D

Ive seen a few 4dr 20v's around.

my mates sister picked up a mint deal from her flatmate leaving for aus, and got a low kms 4age sprinter for $4k..

I've got a Marino 20v silvertop (they also come with a blacktop). Had it for over a year and a half. Mate at work liked mine so brought one for himself, though not 20v.
The same interior as an ae101 levin/trueno, just different body.

i know of heaps of 20v 4 door corollas down in dunedin, by heaps i mean 4 off the top of my head anyway.
So unless they've all congregated in dunedin for some reason there must be a few out there round the country
Ending up with spare parts in assembling things since 1983
